Dr. James Blake continues to improve his craft by taking an average of 40 units of continuing education yearly. Dr. Blake and his staff attend annual classes through the Harbor Dental Society, the California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

He has studied esthetic dentistry with department specialists from the University of Southern California, and the University of the Pacific. He has also attended implant courses from local and international specialists. Dr. Blake is a past president of the Harbor Dental Society.
